10 Incredible Facts About India’s Mars Mission That Will Make You Super Proud

Dont be bothered about the over enthusiasm of ours..we were able to successfully insert the orbiter bcoz we learned from the past mistakes of other space agencies.,we learned what all could go wrong while entering mars atmosphere..past endures of nasa and other space organizations helped us achieve this feet..

Thanks for acknowledge the failure of others help India become successful in the first try. The amazing thing about this project is how inexpensive it cost to send the probe to Mars and its a total success. The guys that build LCA should learn from ISRO.

I just pointed out reality. India is dirt poor and the local masses want to migrate to other countries yet sending useless space missions lol. Don't be a laughing stock of the world.
Again.... stop posting. By your standards, Pakistan does not yet have $10000 per capita.

I wouldn't want Pakistan to send any moon or mars mission unless the GDP per capita is at least $10,000 and people are not suffering abject poverty. Basic human rights should come first before these useless ego boost projects.
even at GDP per capita $10,000 Pakistan will be still incompetent to send even a satellite

U got it wrong bro....
Nasa Provided DSN to isro like ESA provided DSN(deep space navigation) to china in its mars mission ... n NASA, ISRO r in talks of building a JV sattelite in future.... n MOM is completely Indian! !!
then what i said?:what::blink:

Ok I admit, you've got a point. This project must have created employment opportunities for hundreds of scientists and engineers.

It's not even that, some of these people could very well branch out and do other things within India. All this could have positive ramification down the line for Indian industry. Aerospace, automotive, electronic, etc.

Pakistan joined cern and produced a nobel prize winner. So I wouldn't doubt competency.

Is India a part of Cern- hell no.
Has any ethnic Indian won a nobel prize- again, hell no.

With that said, both Indians and Pakistanis are competent and intelligent people. Once the shackles of poverty are broken, both countries would make great scientific strides.

Pakistan also made it a point to throw that person out of Pakistan.. Whats your problem ? Butthurt or what ? Counting and comparing nobel prizes with the Indian Mars Orbiter Mission ? How old are you ?

You missed Venkatraman Radhakrishnan in Chemistry 2009. He is a US citizen though.
