You are Grossly Mistaken about USA buddy over there Muhajirs of Pakistani Community are making much better then other Pakistani community despite of being 30% of whole Pakistani American population. As for Defense Project NESCOM is located in Karachi which are developing Indigenous weapons while POF and HIT have been Military areas for quite some time that is why they are located there as Karachi is Vulnerable to Indian Navy Attacks on Pakistan so their investment in Karachi are quite Risky while due to having Air Bases and Military Facilities(most of them Pre Partition Facilities) close by Taxila and Haripur are well defended hence ideal for defense Projects which doesnt imply Workforce related Factors anywhere.

The issue is you might be located in New York where Pakistanis conditions are more or less similar while if you go to Dallas,Tx or Silicon Valley you would found mostly Muhajirs among Pakistani Community earning there. The question is how come the same Crime Rate Declined during 2002-07 when there was no Boots in the Ground like today?If Crime Rate can be decreased without Rangers in every street corner then it means that Rangers arent the only Factor available in prevention of Crime there are other factors as well which needs to be Explored because Rangers option is not appropriate in long term when they started Abusing the Authorities they have given.

Every person goes through struggling period at the beginning so as them doesnt mean whole community over there could be stereotyped like that.
