First of all, sorry for the delay, I have been quite very busy since the beginning of August. No time to check in with PDF.

Anyway, regarding to your question. As per my previous post, my source told me what literally Oscar just said, which is the Viper has been handed over, handed over is not the same as being delivered in the same sense, which mean they are outside US Government jurisdiction, and which may or may not in PA control.

The only difference between my source and what Oscar said is that my source claim it is operational issue, and Oscar said it is because of the remaining balance of the payment. Which in a way, not paying the last instalment is a sort of Operational issue.

I believe if anything and everything outstanding is cleared, Pakistan will fly this bird in PA color

how about placing a mix sq of Mi35 and Zulu , along the Deserty Areas of Sindh, in case Indians push through their large tank formation , Zulu with Mi35 combine will decimate it even before it reach our forward posts ..

Believe you me, if there are EVER going to be a 360 turn, you WILL hear it officially form Pakistani Government.

They paid that much money and trust me, they will have something to say if US decided to withhold them.

These ain’t coming either anytime soon as well. The engine is American and they are not willing to give Turkey third party sales permission. So Army aviation is screwed again thanks to these wise decision makers at helm

we don't have cash, we have 95 Billion Dollar debt, and need 7 Billion Dollars on urgent bases .. buying it from US/China gives Pakistan room to pay in Easily installments or with Financial Aid, but now All Aid is stopped .

It’s non ITAR so would not require any special approvals so chances are would not be impacted
