If it were up to me i have anyone who lies about it sentenced to life in prison for the rest of their life.
Nonsense. Since rape is agreed to be despised, except in the ME, it would be convenient to bring all of them together in one discussion.Maybe their is - but bringing them up on here would be off topic. The issue is rape in the USA stick to the topic old bean. These stats are really disappointing and embarrassing for the USA.
Aaawwww....How embarrassing is it for Pakistan? Or are you even embarrassed at all? How many women did not report their rapes in Pakistan? How would we know since Pakistan have no 'institutional infrastructure' at all to help rape victim. But of course, in order to have 'institutional infrastructure' to help rape victims, you must consider rape to be a legitimate crime to start, right?One of the key objectives of the talks, according to Pakistan's women's development ministry, is to improve the country's image in the context of women's rights.
But activists argue that crimes against women are not an "image problem".
They say such crimes - especially rape - result from a combination of tribalism, retrogressive cultural values and a criminal justice system in a state of deep rot.
There is no institutional infrastructure in Pakistan to help rape victims, no trauma centres or legal aid bodies.
Rape in Pakistan became a high-profile crime after one of the victims, Mukhtar Mai, decided to speak out.
Ms Mai was gang raped allegedly on the orders of a tribal council as punishment for a sexual crime attributed to her brother.
dear this is for you ;Nonsense. Since rape is agreed to be despised, except in the ME, it would be convenient to bring all of them together in one discussion.

So tell me, how many here would rape a woman if a tribal council ordered it?
Nonsense. Since rape is agreed to be despised,
And dear, THIS is for you...dear this is for you ;
Looks like your Pakistan is far more odious than US in this regards where women are too terrified to report their assaults.No No gambit stop going off topic. But tell me why is the rate 1 in 3 in the armed forces of america and 1 in 5 of the general population. (oh bit off topic but you never came back to me yesterday about whether you preffered sheep or cows)
