Time to take up this issue at international forum as well as at regional .

Don't worry your concern has already been taken up in the international forum, last I checked this is an international forum. All the internet warriors will come to your rescue. :flame: :chilli:

As for regional forum, may be you could open a new forum and do that... don't forget to invite us...

.
we did; many exist here. Just go Karachi especially Orangi town, you'll see them there.

M.M. Alam --one of our most decorated war pilots is Bihari. Mere example. Theres a street even named after him in Lahore.

FAIL
Another clueless Pakistani.

'....between 250,000 and 300,000 were left in camps in Bangladesh. Describing themselves as “stranded Pakistanis” some were organized into the Stranded Pakistani General Repatriation Committee which advocates militant action, such as a walk across India to Pakistan. In 1980, such a walk was stopped at the Bangladeshi frontiers.

[...]

Many feel that Pakistan has a moral obligation to take in the remaining Biharis or at least those who had remained loyal to Pakistan during the war; however, the conditions under which many Biharis live in Pakistan, mainly at Orangi outside Karachi, the lack of adequate housing or work and the growing hostility felt towards them by many Pakistanis, indicate that another large-scale influx of Biharis might create serious problems.'

Use Google chacha and will find many links.

Regarding M.M.Alam, your 'one of the most decorated war pilots', any idea why he was not flying in 1971.

I have just one thing to say-"In 2008, Govt. of Haryana had found approx. 200,000 illegal bd people were living in gurgaon, ......Think about it... and leave Delhi ,especially areas like seelampur and seemapuri, that are flooded by bd refugees...

Indians who idolize Hitler, the most brutal genocidal butcher in history can only think of ethnic cleasing and killing people. Tagging poor and minority indians as foreign national is not way to hide reality in india where still 1400 farmers kill themselves. Why would anyone go to india to become victim of indian ethnic cleansing and dire situation?

.
Give us some free arms like simple-UAV at first, then we will buy the advanced versions from you. It will help PK to make BD people believe that PK is our brother more strongly. And if once we can build a strong mutual understanding then just see what will happen in next.

Yes Pakistan can surely give FREE ARMS TO OTHER COUNTRIES... I am confident about that... :flame:

Illegal Indians in Bangladesh

Mohammad Zainal Abedin , Bangladesh

Though Indian government and its print media relentlessly try to prove that
the Bangladeshis are intruding into India daily, and Indian BSF (Border
Security Forces) personnel engage try to push the Indian Bengali speaking
Muslims to Bangladesh, the reality is totally otherwise.

According to the available reports, lakhs of Indians hailing from Indian
states of West Bengal, Meghalaya, Assame, Tripura, Mizoram are illegally
staying in Bangladesh-from urban to the rural areas. These states are
extremely poor and the Indians come to Bangladesh in search of job and
better living. Most of these Indians enter Bangladesh without passport or
visa, take shelter in the houses of their relatives.

In order to justify them as Bangladeshis they collect certificates and other
documents from the respective authorities with the help of their relatives
or the agents in exchange of money. In course of time they start to claim
that they are Bangladeshis. Some Hindus, those who do not have relatives in
the urban areas introduce themselves as Muslims and provide fake permanent
addresses to justify them as Bangladeshis. Due to identical language,
physical appearance and structure, none doubts that they are Indian Hindus.
So they can easily live in Bangladesh illegally.

In the urban areas these Indians outwardly work in buying houses, garment
factories, fashion houses, freight and forwarding agencies, educational
institutions, computer training centers, restaurants, advertising agencies,
bars and hotels, beauty parlours , guest houses, private firms and business
houses. Some of them work as car and taxi drivers and even rickshaw pullers.
I personally came across more than one hundred rickshaw pullers in Dhaka
City over the last couple of months.

It is learnt that some of these Indian are the agents and operatives of
Indian intelligence agency-RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) and they are
involved in carrying out subversive activities. They are involved in money
laundering,'hoondy' and smuggling creating devatating effects on the
economy.

Besides their outwardjobs, they might have been planted in Bangladesh to
carryout sabotage. It is apprehended these RAW agents might be engaged to
create anarchic situation in the country before and after the forthcoming
general elections. Abrupt increase of political killings in the country,
particularly robbery in Dhaka in recent days, indicates presence of such
people in Bangladesh. Arrest of nine Indian from the venue of Prime Minister's
scheduled meeting at Lakhsam proves the huge presence of RAW agents and
operatives in Bangladesh.

It is difficult to ascertain the real figure of the Indians in Bangladesh
who are scattered in the rural areas also. To justify the huge presence of
the Indians in Bangladesh and the problems that are being surfaced let me
quote a report of a Dhaka-based daily. The Choddogram Correspondent of the
daily reported that about 1,100 hundred Indians illegally reside in
Choddogram, a Bangladeshi Upazila that shares border with Indian state of
Tripura. Indians hailing from Tripura state illegally live in all the 14
unions of the Upazila. Tripura lags behind Bangladesh in every sector,
having no infrastructure, particularly in the border areas. Indians daily
labourers come to Bangladesh illegally to have work, sell and buy
commodities in Bangladeshi bazars and meet their relatives living in
Bangladesh.

Due to massive intrusion of the Indians local people of 'Choddogram' Upazill
are becoming jobless, as the Indians work in exchange of lower remuneration
than their Bangladeshi counterparts. Workers of almost 80 per cent saloons
of Choddogram are Indians. These saloon workers live in Bangladesh
illegally. Many Indians are working in tea-stalls, hotels, groceries,
clinics, garment factories, construction and agriculture farms. Many of them
work as tailors, bus-conductors, cobblers, carpenters, masons, rickshaw
pullers, etc. These Indians reside in Bangladesh enjoying the blessings of a
number local influential people.

These Indians are involved in various crimes and anti-social activities. As
the Indians do not have any permanent address, they commit various types of
crimes, including murder, theft, robbery, rape and just sneak into Indian
soil. These Indians bring narcotics like wine, ganja, opium, phensedyl, etc.
from India while they smuggle ornaments, diesel, edible oil to India.

Most of these Indians are Hindus. Many of them married local girls belonging
to poor families and live in Bangladesh. Some of them left their wives along
with three to four children. These children deserted by their Indian fathers
live subhuman lives and involve them in anti-social activities to earn their
livelihood.

Choddogram is not the only Upazila, where illegal Indians reside
permanently. They are available in almost all the villages of Bangladesh if
there is at least one Hindu family. There prevails strong public opinion in
Bangladesh in favour of arresting all the Indians who illegally enter
Bangladesh and live here.

No Indian was ever killed by Bangladesh Rifles when they intruded into
Bangladesh. But a survey confirms that 337 Bangladeshis were killed, 466
wounded, 491 kidnapped and 68 women raped during the last five years. BSF
detained 467 Bangladeshis while they were either working in their fields or
bathing or fishing in the common rivers during the same period.

Bangladeshis cannot go to plough their lands near the border with India.
They even cannot fish or bathe in the common rivers. Indians plunder their
houses, cattle, paddy fields, and other valuable belongings. India pushes
her Bengali speaking Muslims branding them as Bangladeshis.

Under the situation, the government should immediately detect and nab the
illegal Indians to avert disruptive activities in the country. It is
apprehended that most these Indians will be enrolled in the voter's list of
the coming elections and they may play a vital role to elect the party of
Indian choice. So these Indians should immediately be detected and deported
to India. Otherwise it will be difficult to expel them in future.*

Ethnic cleansing by India's nationalists

MADRAS, India -- A homicide is the murder of an individual. A genocide is the murder of an ethnicity. The purpose of a genocide is beyond doubt: cleansing society of what the powers that be consider undesirable. History's most famous -- or infamous -- purge was carried out in Nazi Germany. Adolf Hitler sent 6 million Jews to the
gas chamber in the evil hope of ridding his nation of an "inferior race." He believed in Aryan supremacy.

There have been many other brutal attempts at annihilation. In the closing years of the 1800s, Armenians carried out mass killings in
eastern Turkey. This was followed by a tit-for-tat attempt at wiping out Armenians in Ottoman Turkey around 1915.

Cambodian dictator Pol Pot butchered nearly 2 million people between 1975 and 1979. The victims were thought to be ideologically "incompatible" (read: intellectuals) with the savage regime.

Ethnic cleansing can take many forms. We know what happened in former Yugoslavia, and are fully aware of what has been going on in Tibet,
where a crude method to alter the demographic ratio continues. Earlier, China's notorious relocation of the learned -- "banishment"
to a life of rural hardship -- during Mao Zedong's terrifying Cultural Revolution has been well documented.

But there are some cases of ethnic washing that are either not known or undertaken in a seemingly oblique manner. In India, there is understandable concern over the treatment of its 140 million Muslims, the largest number in one country after Indonesia. There has been -- under the present Hindu nationalistic Bharatiya Janata Party, or BJP -
- a systematic, but subtle kind of cleansing. The worst sufferers have been Muslims followed by Christians.

Besides the Australian Christian missionary and his two very young sons who were torched alive in the eastern Indian state of Orissa some years ago, there have been cases of nuns being assaulted, even raped, and churches being desecrated.

Muslims have had to face far greater wrath. The historic Bhabri Mosque was pulled down, stone by stone, by a fanatical Hindu mob in 1992. The carnage early last year in the western Indian state of Gujarat, where nearly 1,000 Muslims were killed and their property destroyed by Hindu rioters in a campaign clearly led by the state administration headed by the BJP, will remain as a terrible blot on
India's image.

In other incidents that have been both overt and covert, important Hindu leaders belonging to quasipolitical organizations such as the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, or RSS (the BJP owes its origins to this body), and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad have been "commanding" India's
Muslims to either fall into line with the wishes of the majority Hindu community or get out.

The BJP has also been guilty of trying to erase history and, in the process, reducing eminent, world class writers -- such as D.D. Kosambi, Romila Thapar and Irfan Habib -- to leftwing ideologues. Their work is not only recognized by leading European historians, but has also enriched India's knowledge of its fascinating past.

Two examples illuminate how the research of Indian historians has been distorted only to suit the BJP's line of thinking. Some school books have completely omitted even a cursory reference to Mahatma Gandhi's assassination soon after India's 1947 Independence. Why? Because the assassin was a staunch Hindu and RSS member.

What is more, some textbooks have tried to mess around with proven facts about the ancient Indus Valley civilization. The BJP has been claiming that another community was living on the Indian subcontinent long before the Aryans (foreigners) came in via the northern mountain passes to set up home in Harappa and Mohenjodaro, considered the
cradles of the Indus civilization.

What alarms rationalists and moderates today is the tendency of the Westernized and upwardly mobile classes in India to buy the BJP's
arguments, to blindly believe the fallacious and pernicious theories peddled by rabid Hindu outfits. These groups of men and women uphold what they term Hindu majoritarianism. A case in point is the
overwhelming victory for the BJP in the Gujarat Assembly elections following the mayhem of early last year.

Sadly, these hawkish Hindus are bent on defying the forces of history. They have utter disregard for the process of evolution that ultimately saw the emergence of the modern Indian society. Hindu and Muslim rulers may have fought over temples and mosques, but their conflicts were often political rather than religious. The places of worship were mere symbols of state power and authority -- not
instruments of individual or community faith and beliefs.

Thus, Akbar, one of the more renowned Mogul kings in India, felt proud of his Hindu advisers, and even founded a new religion that borrowed liberally from Hinduism. Ordinary Muslims and Hindus
coexisted for centuries in this country with little rancor toward the other's way of life. Together with Buddhists and Christians, they built the social and cultural landscape of India beginning as early
as the 13th century.

Today, the BJP and its band of loyal followers are in a mood to negate all this by suggesting that religious minorities are but guests who reside in India at the will and pleasure of the majority
Hindus. There is also an underlying move to delink Muslims and Christians from India's national identity. If this is not ethnic cleansing, albeit at an intellectual and ideological level, then what is?

It is tragic that a nation of a billion people, set to achieve great economic prosperity through globalization and liberalization, ought to be pushing minorities to the margins of a society that the
minorities also helped to create. Surely, this will cause greater discord and rifts ahead.

1 hurt as BDR, BSF trade 2000 rounds
Tue, Jun 15th, 2010 8:05 pm BdST Dial 2000 from your GP mobile for latest news

Sylhet, June 15 (bdnews24.com)– At least one person was injured as Bangladesh and Indian border forces exchanged 2000 rounds of gunfire on Tuesday at Tamabil border at Jaintapur Upazila in Sylhet.

BDR says a Bangladeshi, Abdul Jalil, 35, was injured in the gunfight and is now admitted to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital.
Locals, however, said three persons, including Jalil, received bullet injuries.

Of two others, one was identified as Khokon Miah while the other's name could not be ascertained immediately.

Both were admitted to Jaintapur Upazila Health Complex.

21 Rifles Battalion commander Lt Col Khandaker Zahirul Alam said some 50-60 people from the Khasia community entered some 300 yards into Bangladesh territory at Naljuri of Sripur border at around 11:30am to cultivate lands.

"We obstructed them but they defied us and were continuing with their farming," he said.

He said they hoisted red flag at the time.

BSF opened fires from Indian territory and BDR retaliated, the official said.

The gunfire continued for one hour from 12 noon.

Alam said the Khasia people had also entered into the Bangladesh territory on Monday with the help of BSF and cultivated land with tractor.

BDR protested it but they did not take it into account, he added.

A flag meeting is supposed to be held on Wednesday.
