You don't know what's going on in China recently, hundreds of government officials lost their jobs including governer of Hubei province and Wuhan mayor, criticism of the government rages all across the Chinese social media, the central government then issued a stark warning to all local government officials, whoever try to cover up and hide the information and statistics of the virus will be swiftly punished the harshest possible ways.

The government can not control the social media, that's why so much rumors spreading around even in China, Beijing's new cases now are zero, if one confirmed case arises, the social media will put the number 10 from "various" sources.
