That will also depend upon whether SG will be T50 or M346 as trainer aircrafts.
M346 seems to be better suited to train Singaporean pilots (refer to other posts for more on sg airspace)

the TUHP149 will be assembled, tested and delivered from Turkish facilities so it seems like Turkish industry will be also responsible for final assembly for all TUHP149 helicopters to be supplied to Turkey.
That should be good for the country given the deteriorating economic climate.
