Not really they aren’t in the same class. f-16 lacks OLS/IRST, vector thrust, Irbis-e(hybrid PESA ~400km) and the su35 has undoubtedly one of the strongest EW jammer(Khibiny). Not to mention twin engine which is ideal for the Aegean. IMO it’s a good deal for an air superiority fighter.
