Because there were several bombing and knife attacks being perpetrated by Uyghers that have killed many innocent people's in China. Now I have said here before that the policies of the government have help to contribute to this situation. But it still doesn't justify killing innocent people.
Isn't that the usual logic whenever rich Chinese are buying houses abroad ? Why can't we apply the same to the Indian rich when they buy houses abroad ?
China isn't anti Muslim. If the bombing and knive attacks had been done by buddhists or Christians there would have been the same response. Now i do believe that China's policies are counterproductive and should look into the grievences of the Uyghurs that are mainly economic and social. Banning...
What many people here (Indians) don't understand is this isn't about Islam or Muslims but about terrorism and separatism. We have good relations with Pakistan because of a long history of shared interest that has turned into a much deeper relationship. Rather the Pakistani's are Muslims or not...
Like all good propaganda there is always a kernel of truth in what they say. But like with everything else they report on China it has been twisted and exaggerated by the BBC and other Western media a like.
Media like RT, Press TV and CCTV International are now turning the tables and are doing...
I have seen many articles like this before. This helps them to feel better about themselves and feel more secure by pointing at China's weaknesses (which there are). If any of these so called experts had any sense and knowledge about economic matters they will be more worried about what is...
My view on this is. The Uyghurs are only little over 10 million out of a population of 1361 milllion they can't break away from China even if they wanted too. Because the current population of Uyghurs in Sinkiang is about 45% and the han population is about 40%. This is only going to create more...
I thought at the beginning that this story was untrue but in recent days more and more evidence appears that this story is true. As a Chinese I would say that this is shameful and I don't know what the government thinks they can achieve with this. I hope they can reverse this policy as soon as...
What president Xi said about the past of Japan isn't true ? So, according to you there were no atrocities being committed by the Japanese in Korea, China or elsewhere in Asia during WWII ? Japan never invaded any countries in WWII ?
If this is true then this is madness. However i have some suspicions about these stories as i cannot find any links to government websites that tells Muslims that they cannot fast during Ramadan. Can anyone find any ? And please post a link. Every story on this subject seems to be a reprint of...
This means that there is finally some sanity in the property markets as prices are way out of wack. That property prices are coming down is a good thing but it does mean that some developers will have to go bust. This is the free market at work. Its going to be painful but by no means a crash as...
There is no blanket ban on fasting during Ramadan in China only government officials and Communist Party members. You know those who have pledge their allegiance to the atheist Communist Party are not allow to fast during the Ramadan. The security has tightened during Ramadan for sure because of...
China is going to allocate 41,8 billion yuan (6,71 billion dollars) to boost employment. Having these people to do what ? This is Keynesianism pur sang. This is money down the drain.
I have no problems with that, there are already border crossings between China and India and they will stay open. The fence idea is only for the most contentieus parts of the border to prevent either side from crossing over into the others territory by accident.
My solution to the border dispute with India would be let go of the claim on South Tibet, keep Aksai Chin and the Trans Karakoram Tract that India is also claiming. The rest can be settled with some give and take. But after any agreement please put up a fence no matter how hard it is in the...
