I know plenty of Punjabis who fly kites frequently for fun (or at least, used to before smartphones came along) but I've never seen a Punjabi celebrate Basant. I had to Google what it even was. You're right, apparently it's really only a thing around Lahore and Kasur.
It's just...
I don't care if you want to say how Indian forces performed the operation well, but for you to come on a Pakistani forum and specifically talk about our casualties is, simply put, unacceptable in my eyes.
The OP specifically mentions casualties. And whether or not you directly mention them, you're still praising a mission which involved the killing of Pakistanis. I wouldn't expect a Pakistani forum to tolerate such a thing.
We all know what you meant, and we proved that your interpretation of...

Attacking the dam is not the issue, the issue is dealing with what occurs after that. It would result in all-out war and eventually MAD for both Pakistan and India.
In other words, let's not do that.
Because this is a Pakistani forum, I don't expect to find Indians on here openly celebrating the execution of our men. And if they did, I'd at least expect them to not lie about things.

Acts such as these display the true courage of men. It's just like when Ali (Allah be pleased with him) challenged one of the Arabs to a one on one duel during the Battle of Uhud, and emerged victorious.

Shabbir Sharif
Shabbir Sharif was a Punjabi from Gujrat (same district as my father) and is widely regarded as the most decorated soldier in Pakistani history.
On 3 December 1971, in a well-organised action, he fought alongside his men and held Indian attacks at bay. He cleared the Jhangar...
They were an early group of Arabs (AFAIK). They were also nomadic, which makes determining their point of origin difficult but I feel inclined towards the theory that they originated from what is now the Gulf since that land has always been the traditional homeland of the Arabs. They also share...
Karma's not real.
The ground situation is Kashmiris don't like you lol. I remember on Facebook they were all cheering about Muhammad Bin Qasim, and the Indians got so offended that their fellow citizens could do such a thing. It was hilarious.
You've never had a real Muslim lead your country...
No, whilst Hindus made up a significant proportion of East Pakistan at the time, they were still the minority. I doubt they were the ones that gave them the population edge.
The final straw was that Bengalis started committing mass atrocities against Urdu speakers, and as a result the...
Nonsense, we always (rightly or wrongly) looked down upon you and a lot of us still do for various reasons (the Mullahs hate you for your ethnonationalism, the secular nationalists look down upon you because you embody the stereotype of what Pakistani society considers hideous, the neutrals...
Muslims. I thought that much was obvious.
A claim which has no evidence.
No, my ancestors were the invaders. The overwhelming majority of Pakistanis are either descended from these conquerors or are ex-Kshatriyas who (after putting up a brave fight) saw the light of Islam, converted and...
