    Well take this with a large dose of salt, the Russians tend to talk well before anything concrete has been agreed. Mig has had a very poor sales and support record recently and their reputation has suffered.

    They tried too, but lost. They bought Warid the 4th sized network from UAE investors and plowed additional funds to take on the competition but found the going to hard and had to merge with Axita. Now Ola is thinking to compete with Uber in Bangladesh....bad decision.

Most drivers don't own the cars and when you have 400% tax and basic cars cost $30,000+ no owner is going to put up their cars as online taxis.
