Angola signed a deal with Russia of over a billion dollars for defence equipment about 4 years ago. That included 12 x Su-30KNs (ex Indian air force ). Unconfirmed reports are they will be getting 6 more to make 18.
Their Su-22s were modernised in Poland and include glass cockpits.
You welcome. Not sure though if you are asking for the source? The Nigerian national budgets are available online. No time to find them at the moment. I will have them save on my computer at home.
$184 agrees closely with the Nigerian government budgets for the past 3 years taking into account varying exchange rates. I did the calculations in July and have not corrected for the current rate. For me they are damn nearenough.

Why you saying B2 production is finished when only a few weeks ago we had a tv article showing B2 production?
You cannot say "nothing heard" when last week or so the Nigerian CAS was saying he is going to ask Pakistan if they can speed up the delivery of JF17.

Do you have the document with someone info on the SAAF evaluating the K-8, the Mig-AT, etc before they settled in the Hawk?
The report I saw a few years ago had a table or two on how SAAF scored each.
thanks. I had searched for exactly these but couldn't find any. So it is not unusual.
I guess the greater distance from the EFT the greater/expanded release envelope. However i think there it turning moment on the pylon. ... The usual compromise in engineering
The dual bomb rack is not symmetrical. Any rationale for this? i don't think they planned it that way from the start but they had to fix an unexpected challenge and ended up with the current design. That is my reasing. Anyway with a better and more enlightened explanation?
Thanks
