I dont think so . AESA radar can have 1000 +- transmit-receive module and there no can be increase or decrease according to need. so nose size doesn't too much matters. but AESA need more power then other because every module has its processer and it generate more heat and more energy require...

f-35 will be for IN not for IAF. stealth fighter for navy sounds good.
