Divorce remains sticking point in Hindu Marriage Act

If the religious leaders were allowed to have the final say, tradition like 'Sati' would have still prevailed... Making a Secular Hero, Out of Communal Tipu Sultan

Akbar was born and grown up in India in a Rajput family which sheltered Humayun's family when he was being chased away from India. It is one reason he was most liberal among Muslim rulers. Again, it reflects the ultimate truth, connection with each other lowers the barriers among people.

Making a Secular Hero, Out of Communal Tipu Sultan

Di-I-Ilahi was not a new religion, it was just a collection of moral codes to be followed whicvh Akbar believed necessary to live in harmony in a country like India. Akbar might not be bigot like Aurangajeb, but there is no evidence that he did not follow Islam. Not only that, he also made...

India wins the Asian Champions Trophy

Honestly saying India won by one goal margin (though it looks 4-2) as Pakistan did not take the last shot (it was irrelavent as India had saved two shots). With Sohail in team Pakistan would have scored atleast couple of their seven penulty corners.

India wins the Asian Champions Trophy

If Pakistan was playing without Sohail Abbas, we were without Sandeep Singh, and Sandeep has proved throughout 2010 that he is no less than Abbas as a penulty corner specialist. Perhaps Sohail has become too old while Sandeep in mid twenties I think. However Pakistan has better overall record...

Some people really think India played without shoes. Actually some players had to played with training shoes instead of special shoes for the turf. That's all. However fan of both countries have many things to worry. Pakistan lost to Japan. India could not beat Japan or Malysia. Other countries...
