JF-17 blk 1&2 are mediocre compare to what? F-16 Blk 15/25 or Eurotyphoon? Most countries are still equipped with Mig-29, basic F-16 Blk 15, F-5E, F/A-18, F-4 phantom and Mig-21. Then u need to look at the cost and maintenance cost. F-22 is so expensive to maintain while spend little time...
