My dear friend atleast try reading the UN resolutions before blindly asking us to conduct a plebicite... The first UN condition is that Pak must withdraw from Pak occupied Kashmir. Pak has never tried to fulfill it.... Then how can you expect us to hold a plebicite... So why not prepare...
