In my opinion Sir, side boosters are used to increase range, It creates more pushing/hot area behind the missile to take it at longer distance. I might be wrong.

There will be some change + wings will be more strengthened to carry more heavy munition and more A-to-A missiles BUT number of hardpoints will remain same & more composite material will be used.
As per the press release it is mentioned that The Weapon System is indigenous, So C-602 is not indigenous & Babur-2 has dual modes, i.e. Land Attack Mode and Anti-Ship Mode. So Babur-2 fits the description.

you are right, No. 3 as well does not have it. Anti-Air missile in the front is unlikely, Probably the main gun will be a dual purpose gun. Rear ramp might be omitted to place bigger size launchers for relatively larger missiles.
