ADA is not a psu really it works directly under the ministry of defence.its unfortunate that a direct subsidiary of ministry of defence is neglected.our govt has a bad habit of neglecting research and development.rather they offer freebies to everything.

thats the problem..and they needed to be retained and this need political will.ADA is not yet a full fledged research organization even after so many years.it has to be taken care of.

ofcourse i agree with u.i'm not saying that they are perfect but i mean they must be given some slack and create a better environment for them to work.for example in ADA most of the posts are filled temporarily for 2-3 years on contract basis and they might or might not be made permanent.given...

NOPE..u said there is a gap between technical capabilities of IOC and FOC.i'm saying foc= technical capabilities+ other stuff(training,logistics etc).all the other stuff will be developed once the aircraft is fit for production that's when it was given IOC2.here tejas will be getting IOC2 this...
