Where have I said that the decrease in demand has increased the supply??? read my post again, carefully. I was questioning the actual cause of the reduction of gap between the demand and supply. That can be caused by 'decrease in demand' or 'by increase in supply' or by both.

It needs to be checked that the gap between demand and supply has narrowed whether due to the increase in supply or due to the decrease in demand. The demand must have decreased now as comapred to the peaked demand durring summer. Do we know what was the total Power generation back then and...
