it doesn't mean that what they can develop we cannot develop before them. They have funds to sponser the experiments and programs. Where as we Indians try to minimize the cost of every development and program which takes time and which itself a new development on its own.

you have f-16 but i Bet you cannot even build your own glider.

don't worry, the main thruster workd perfectly, the malfunction was on two vernier thrusters(for minor adjustments in the orientation/ path). it will be rectified. istead of cryogenic vernier thrusters, ion thrusters can also be used.
