I was being sarcastic. The Indian population mostly is UK born they couldn’t care about the BJP. The Pakistan community swung nothing either. No seat was swung, people here have huge issues like taxes, Brexit & economy as their concern, not S Asian vote bank nonsense.

There are 6 Conservative Muslim MPs, & 15 Labour or thereabout. Its not like S Asian vote banks, people vote on issues & policy. I personally think its dumb to vote based on someone looking like them/being Hindu nationalist or Muslim, rather than the policy, that is more of a S Asian mindset.

That is the key problem here. We have 90% of women with little input in the labour force. They are not being productive with their time, because of societal pressures. But women should be allowed to work in factories, garment manufacture en masse. That will hugely boost morale & productivity.

But Arabs are now recognising Israel and UAE recently started to do military training with them. The only reason we have an issue with Israel is because of Palestinians, but if the neighbour Arab nations don’t care about them why are we in the line of fire?

BD needs to issue a equivalent penalty on the Indian Hindus that as other posters say are flooding BD and taking jobs, dominating certain industries. And from reading the article BD ended up paying $42,000 to Indians in just the two cases we heard of.

This nonsense divide and rule must end. We are moving towards unity & co-operation once again. 50 years of animosity cannot trump 1000 years of bonds between all Muslims of South Asia or Hindutva extremists will continue to infiltrate into BD and cause strife from within.
