There can be rounds too. Like Round one: Both teams put forward their narrative. Round two: they counter each others arguments and Third round: they get asked questions from normal members.

Different topics may require different teams to be made comprising of members knowledgeable on that particular subject being debated. One team can post a narrative and the other should counter it. Or a Panel of members who should compile some data on the topic being discussed and ask both teams...
