Oh okay. I would like to make a special mention, or rather just cautionary advice on totally following Max Defense as your source. He has been generally following an agenda and has tendency to post fake news or claims that have no actual factual basis.
Hey Saithan! Thank you for responding to my post. I'm stupid and i do not know how to start a convo, but are you from the Philippines? I want to chat about something you mentioned.
Yeah. I just hope the ATAK deal pushes through as I firmly believe that it is the better "fit" for us in the Philippines.
I have been hearing reports that the ATAK deal has been superseded by a Russian offer of Mi-28. But should be taken with a grain of salt here in the Philippines.
Anyone...

Are there any more sources that confirm this statement?
"In addition, the domestic engine TS1400 developed by TEI and which will power Atak will be operated at the end of 2020."
Speaking of the TS-1400, are there any press releases on its current state of development?

This is fast. I thought it was going to be operational until 2024-2028?
I love the ATAK, but this is the primary elephant in the room re: Philippine purchase. Any idea on how they will potentially work around it?
