    the story i heard is china and russia signed the contract for china to produce 200 su27/J-11 under sukhoi licsence. but china stopped at 95 and using the remaining quota for its own J-11A/B. i previosuly thought china supposed to import all 200 kits and assembled them locally but i might be wrong.
