The "Turks of Anatolia" were always called Turks by everyone and by own definition. The name Kazakh and Tatar are tribe names which became the identities of those Turkic ethnicies. For example the Türkmen tribes (like their descendants in Turkey) always called themselve Turk.

Please while i dont like Islamists im a muslim and value my Muslim identity and religion. Insults and disrespect of Islam is not really a nice way of communicating with most Muslims.

Because almost nobody in Turkey even knows what an Ahiska is eventhough we have quite the sad history attached to us. And even today almost all Ahiska neither live in Turkey or even have a Turkish passport.
