You can't really judge POF based on the quality of the finishing. PK-09 is finished much better than most soviet and russian weapons. You have to make the pistol feasible. Cut down on things that are otherwise, un neaded. Because the main audience to POF arms, is the armed forces. :)

If that target was shot at from 600m, I'd buy the rifle, if I can. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the shot on the top could be a cold shot whereas the rest are quite a good, tight group :) It's great for deployment in the police and Border forces. May even be used to cover special forces teams...
