No need to take these guys seriously. These countries have a nuisance value and that's where the extent of their reach is limited to. Nobody takes them seriously. Heck, I doubt they themselves take their own country seriously.

These are the kind of people with whom you just have to stay firm and they ultimately they will bow down to you just like they bow to their white and yellow masters.

Throughout the world, all big and powerful countries have to face some pretty pesky and insecure smaller neighbours. Same is the case with India. Call it the curse of being a big country.
