You cannot deny the fact that this is the case with India.
My post was not focused on the type of people involved. I was more referring to the comparison of India being surrounded by unfriendly nations towards her.
China is obviously taking advantage of India's disputes with her neighbors as well as China's own good relations with them to help them surround and contain India.

If you think about it, India's situation with her neighbors is similar to the Israeli's. They are surrounded by unfriendly nations. I think that's why we call them our natural partner. :)
