its a problem india should tackle together, and not by bringing individual states...there are many big states which might be very peaceful....

i think its a big threat for country like india to make major financial districts in the west of the country closer to pakistan as during a war,they will be easier targets.........they should focus more on eastern areas like under developed orissa and all to build such cities and avoid future...
