Time we Pakistanis see it clearly and factor this in into our strategic defence strategy.

A freedom-fighter with the right training will be much more lethal and effective even with his AK-47 than an ill-trained J&K policeman with a superior rifle. Urban warfare is a different ball-game. Something which the J&KP is not trained for.
