Its mostly over exaggerated claims. I have lived there for 5 years.. And travel to US almost twice every year. My dad spends more than 3-4 months in an year in the US. Never ever faced any issue at any airport so far. Did get pulled aside for secondary check a couple of times, but that's ok...
