    Instead of cutting, ministries should be merged like Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Defence Production should be merged. CAD ministry is dissolved by PM Imran which is a good idea. Ministry of Railways should be dissolve and a professional CEO should run Railway along with board of Governors.
