And how exactly did you come to that conclusion? India tried once many years ago and was blocked by insecure Pakistanis. There have been no desperation after that.

@WebMaster What is the purpose of this thread? There is absolutely nothing to suggest that India or Indians have anything to do with the aid sanctioned by the US congress. The oppositions were also from the US congressmen. A similar thread from an Indian would not only get deleted immediately...
