As an Iranian, I feel deeply ashamed that the Iranian regime bears responsibility for this. We also suspect they commit similar atrocities in Iranian prisons.

I wonder if Assad tortured political prisoners or all prisoners. Looks like the former.

It is not an insult. This is normal Muslim way of showing honor and respect toward women which most of the 'Muslim' leaders do not follow, to please the 'international community'. It cost the blood and tears of millions to get a leader who represents them. Tells us how 'Muslim' these countries are. I think he is the first Arab leader in over a hundred years to practise it, even Morsi shook hands with non Muslim women.

French and German foreign ministers went to Syria with the attitude of imperial powers, like they care about Arab women. Everyone sees the brutal genocide next door, where is the respect there?

Arab leaders should wear their traditional clothing. The more they appear Western, the more demands from the West. That is why Indian prime ministers don't wear Western suit, to maintain a respectable distance.

Arabs have extreme idolatrous culture. Other Arab countries display posters and pictures of rulers everywhere symbolizing enslavement.

Why is the Associated Press calling them rebels? They are the government now. Hopefully, they lay the right base or foundation. This does not happen by idolizing rulers or 'scholars'. Introduce freedom of scholarship and academics to pursue the truth (such as scrutinizing content of Hadith).

Looks like Gaza! Most Iranians and pro-Iranians here blamed the destruction on the rebels, although obviously only the Assad government could unleash this scale of destruction on the population.

No doubt Israel acquired confidence in implementing genocide on Gaza seeing how various Arab governments brutalize Arabs. Examples are Assad, Saddam, Haftar, MBS (Yemen, dissenters), MBZ (all over Middle East/Africa), Iraq, Sudan, and Libya civil wars.

Therefore, Arabs are most responsible for degrading and dehumanizing Arabs and Muslims. They and their sychophants are a danger to Muslims in Islamophobic countries.
