On the other hand, he was praising General Kayani a lot, saying that he probably was the best COAS. I partially agree with him.

As I posted a few days back that I have applied on "HOPE CERTIFICATE" and if I don't score 60% what will procedure. Now as my result is announced unluckily I got 657 marks which are exactly 59.8%, 3 marks less than 60% . so will I be sent on waiting if I get recommended (InshAllah) or can there be any concession of 3 marks? plzzzzz help me.
