Pakistan and multiple provinces---the provinces must be made in order to break the ethinc rule---the provinces must be made on administrative units and not based on siriaki or punjabi or pushtuns areas---20 to 30 provinces based on the county system will work well.

Police, no way sir je….its not my kind of job, I am not interested in police rather I will go for PSQCA (I am waiting for their Peshawar based office to get operational)……..this month they announced vacancies, but their quota system is not understandable…...i mean they announced jobs for Karachi based office and hardly any merit required or only for grade 20…...all vacancies are for NWFP, Punjab, Balochistan and even for rural Sindh domicile holders……..so, out of curiosity I asked this question……now what your say about this one……and thanks for replying…….!!!!
