Not too bad. Learning more about the Pakistani mentality here. The flames are those of frustration (from misgovernance, which Pakistanis blame the U.S. for) and religious hatred. They both reinforce each other in people's minds, allowing the country to spiral downward. Very sad. Jews traveled that road too, once or twice.

Thinking, too, a bit more on my course in life. I started out studying science, engineering, and history because I wanted to know how the world worked, both things and people. The science and engineering took about twenty years. The history bit is taking longer - and it's really my best subject.
