No i am a think tank not an admin.
I think it is something like 50 to 100 posts before you can open a new thread.
My sincere piece of advice is to post quality stuff and not rush into it and compromise on quality.
When you open a thread do not do it if it is already existing in some form.

Keep cool and do not become so emotional that you lose control of the argument and invite a flame war.
