U will find the thrust of my argument on the thread 'India trying to occupy...' on pg 11&12 in my encounter with pmukheerjee. India is not stupid, India will not build Tipaimukh b'coz China has plans of its own. If China is going to build its dams there will be insufficient to no waters for the Tipaimukh to be effective as a power Gen unit and/or water diversion You will find details of this Chinese project on the link provided by pmukherjee. My point is we have to call their bluff>

So good to hear from u EW, i am so happy to see u join us with those opinions of yours that are so much mature and deadly. It does us very little good to go on a shouting match wth these Indians. Of course I agree with u that If Tipaimukh dam comes up, we may not get even the 50% of water>
