We already have an air defence system...consisting if FM-90s.

I guess that's because navy makes their own c802s so yeah. And they're already equipped with fm-90s

Navy is setting FM-90 in BNS Samudra Joy.And also our 3rd and 4th Shadhinata Class stealth heavy corvette/light frigate would have FL-3000N as well.

Navy is also getting shore based costal missile defence system...We have been offered BrahMos ( by India ) and Bal E/ Klub M combination ( by Russia ) and C-802 and CX-01 combination ( by China )
