What about Scandinavian?

God bless Mohammed bin Zakriya al Razi.

An alcohol thread by a Russian...so why are you putting a bullseye on your forehead??

a statement by a racist typical american

Tell you what I'll make up for it by starting a thread on how civilized countries should never need to use their military.

Im a vodka man myself, been drinking green mark recently as its pretty nice, cant drink any of the smirnoff type shit as its disgusting. I enjoy beer but feel alot better the day after if im on vodka.

I never much understood the fascination with vodka. It feels like everyone drinks it in the US, but from what I've seen, the mark of a good vodka is a smooth finish and lack of flavour. I suppose that's fine if you're just looking to get a bit pissed, but if I'm drinking, I want to taste something that doesn't remind me of window cleaner. I'd much rather sip on some whisky or bourbon (in my opinion, one of America's greatest contributions to mankind) with a good cohiba to keep me company.

Beer ( German, Belgian, Czech ) and a GOOD tequila.

A statement that uses an incorrect definition of "racist", when the statement was "nationalist", coming from the person who posted a map showing differences between people based on nation of residence.

I think vodkas popularity is the speed to get drunk and the much smaller amount of liquid, sure it tastes like shit but thats what mixers/chasers are for. I am a fan of a good beer myself but in most the world your average beer tastes a bit crap and is to heavy, plus the litres of liquid required to get pissed as opposed to a few hundred ml of vodka.

Cant beat beer in places like Prague though, about a quarter of the price that it is here and even the cheap stuff tastes great and you get very little after effect from it to, can drink a good 20 pints in a day when im there and still not feel to rough, think its not pasteurised so that could be why, cant do that in the UK though most the beer is nasty.

Some of the flavoured vodkas are nice, had some finlandia grapefruit flavour not long ago and that tasted really nice on its own, full strength to.
