Yeah heard this from a friend...the cause of the crash were high winds from the looks of it.

No news about the type as of now...will get more info soon.
 
Major Yasir and Captain Murtaza got martyred in this crash...
 
These Mirages and Cobras need to be replaced soon. Don't know whether Rawalpindi and Islamabad are seriously looking into this matter though.

Pak Army helicopter crashed at Multan airport, 2 officers martyred
Major Yasir and Captain Murtaza were martyred in the crash.

MULTAN (Dunya News) – At least two officers were martyred as Pak Army’s helicopter crashed at Multan airport’s runway on Wednesday night, Dunya News reported citing ISPR.
According to Inter Services Public Relations, a helicopter belonging to Pakistan Army was on a training flight and crashed at Multan airport’s runway. Major Yasir and Captain Murtaza were martyred in the crash.
 
Which one was that? cobra?
 
As per ISPR the crash was due to technical failure...
 
Or rather the lack of current weather information?

how is it possible --- lack of weather information? -- nahhh --- khair i heard so -- let the ISPR confirm
