better go for PROPER F16 Refuelling Platform "KC 135" rather thn modifying IL 78 or C130.

we have to buy new f-16 fule tanks not modify Il-78.

No leasing. The very first one that has been used for training and familiarization has been sent off to Pakistan as part of the overall contract. The actual 4 Midas platforms have been purchased by the PAF.

Who said it was not acceptable? If it is something good, and meets the requirements. It will be purchased. Cost is also a main factor.
