Your First Love!

. .
You want she give you back all? next time keep your heart in a safe box no can steal:D j/k

The pain of a broken heart, torn and ripped from your body, is worst than death. At least in death, i believe, there is no pain after it takes hold of you. There is the cold, deep, eternal sleep of death. But living on after your heart has been ripped from you --- the death of a dream --- one has to experience the pain of loneliness, or the cruelty in seeing the woman whom we loved and adored completely --- with another man.

My first love tried to be friends with me even after we broke up. How she moved on so quickly after me. I mourned her loss for over a year, perhaps i was depressed. Probably. It was only after considerable time that i slowly, gradually moved on.

But even to this day, i still think of her.

I hate how she still has a hold over me.

Yup, i agree with that, but the overall built of the new cars is changing rapidly due to every manufacturer trying to squeeze into new markets like the fast growing Asian market. China is already the 2nd largest market for the top end German brands. I mean, take a look across the German trio lineup.....1 series, 2 series, X1, X3,X5,X6 then MB has the A class and B class, A class is not even a true Mercedes, pretty shyt to drive and is a FWD which goes against the whole German philosophy of having a RWD car. Audi has got the Crap A1, and A3, Q3, Q5 etc....i mean so many models that weren't there just 10 years ago or 20 years ago. Why? Because they can use their name plate to squeeze into the lower end sub 30,000 USD market.
MB i believe doesn't offer pure leather as standard anymore, only limited offerings. What they use is called the plastic leather or pleather. The problem with Pure leather is that it is expensive, and you need to maintain it. So while a good cured leather will easily last decades, you need to keep it nourished with protein shampoos.....which 99% of the people don't know. Then comes the added danger of ruining it in countries where there is lot of rain and snow like in your Canada.....so pleather seems more durable. I mean, Rolls Royce still offers leather, and that leather is better than any fashion brand grade stuff IMHO. And i believe this proliferation of high end brands into the hands of everyone is the reason that some people are going towards restoring classics....a Pagoda wasn't that important really, but now as time has gone on, it looks something retro.....i mean..i want something to drive which makes me the talk of the neighborhood, right?
Yea, I think the best bet is investing in classics right now. Every new car is the same as the other except lets say a MB Gt it SLS, but I won't be able to purchase it anytime soon. And the problem is there are no European classics unturned which means American vehicles are the only things left, and there aren't many Americnanas worth buying but for muslce. I'm also looking for a project car after I move where we build a larger garage and so am viewing some Buick Riviera's (bottail) which is one of the last muscles to be found dirt cheap. It wasn't very well received as my dad told me around the world, but one man's dirt is another man's treasure and I believe it's going to hike in price like very soon.
I'm getting scared for our North American Market due to manufacturers like Kia and Hyundai bringing there crap in. And worst of all if the Chinese make it in. The have also started building Volvos (XC90 is what I've heard so far) and even the Indians and TATA who bought Jaguar/Land Rover have the Range Rover L405 made in factories India! The only thing good these horrid Asian markets have done beside feeding crap motor companies is being responsible for the Audi a7 which I would love for as an alternative to our A8 but we can't ship them here sadly, needs to be older than 14 years...
As for the Pagoda, I wish u luck in finding one, as it is too hard for me too find a decent one not bent on robbing my wallet! I think I might go for a w126 could which is also very rare on the road these days.

. . .
You mean the older A8? I was talking about the new A7 Quattro, that is a brilliant car in every aspect.
The previous model A8l, mine is 2008. I just love the a7 which they made long body version being made for China only.

Ahh okay. The Quattro system is one of a kind. I never took the AWD concept on cars seriously (since being in Pakistan meant you had the usual Japanese cars), until i drove a A7 and A5 fastback in the UK.
Clearly, Audi is back with a bang.

I take it you were young at the time. Didn't really care about anything else. Oh, how i can relate. Tough life for us, ehh? First couple of days are the worst, i didn't care about anything for a couple of days. Didn't do anything much, didn't eat much. Gradually, time healed me. An experience i can never forget. That feeling of a broken heart.
Good to know we have something in common.

Classical and so true. :hitwall: It was even worse in her presence: the feeling of a broken heart.

Again good to know we have something in common.
