Where as Russia lost world war 2 and Germany won. Because Russia had to withdraw from East Germany in 1991

Germany signed a surrender document, it’s entire war time leadership either committed suicide, fled the continent, the remaining were tried convicted & hanged with the exception of only a few.
Germany after the 2nd WW2 never even shot a migratory bird en route to or from Siberia.

• Schools can be built after war
• Malls can be built after war
• Money devaluation and valuation and factories can be corrected anytime
• Farms / Trees and flowers these can come later
