you pretty much sum up the nationalism.Hello PDF - I've been a silent lurker of these forums for the past few years and have always enjoyed reading different nationalities perceptions/perspectives regarding geopolitics, specifically, about the country of my ancestors - Iran.
Please grant me a few minutes to introduce myself, as I want to inject a different perspective to PDF's esteemed members. To the MOD's, I promise my interaction on this forum will be extremely limited and the catalyst for me joining is the presence and content being originated from; Saif Al-Arab, Al-Arab Al-Watani and all the Saudi, Jordanian and Emirati members. I'm here due to Newton's Third Law and a friendly reminder of the saying; "be careful what you wish for".
As a disclaimer, I am not pro-monarch, I despise the MEK, but am disgusted with the Islamic Republic the most. You can try to categorize me into one of the above affiliations, but it will be for naught.
I've had the privilege of being born and raised in the United States, the greatest country on earth. I was privileged to be brought up in a household that fostered and supported the pursuit of the highest levels of education at THE most prestigious institutions' in the world - resulting in my ability to obtain multiple Masters' degrees in Economics and Finance. After my schooling, I ventured to Wall Street to work at some of the largest Investment Banks and have built a solid career in Finance - I want for nothing.
Why does this matter? Because in the Iranian diaspora, I am still a humble peasant compared to my brothers and sisters. We are a small and growing army, gestating, thriving and succeeding in the West. The velocity of influence garnered by Iranian-American community is growing impetuously and we have accomplished a lot for only being here for two generations. These Iranians are fiercely, well Iranian -- in awe of our roots and what our ancestors were able to accomplish. Most importantly, how we as a civilization can rise from the ashes of so many defeats, so many times in the course of human civilization and always reconquer our aggressors. So much so that the Simurgh needs to be on our flag.
But first we need to shed the ball and chain holding us back, and that is the eternal Arab gift bestowed to us lowly Persians.
Why does this matter? As Mr. Al-Watan-Al Arabi reminds the forum daily. Iran/Persians are a barbaric civilization. We didn't know how to read or write. We were blessed by all sorts of Arabic gifts, including the gift of language and that our small and trivial culture is meaningless in light of all the gifts produced by Saudi's since time immemorial. In fact, he has eloquently stated that nothing and no one comes close to the accomplishments of Arabs in all of humanity.
Today, the Saudi's, Jordanians and Emirati's are salivating at the mouth for Iran's destruction. They want to end Iran's misery and relieve the world of a truly barbarous regime. And I say to you, I can't wait either, please hurry up and remove the Mullahs!
Which takes me back to my earlier point; the West has a deep bench of capable Iranians to run the country, once we're freed of our gift given to us 1400 years ago. The Persian Gulf nations think they will be free to run the Middle East once these "Western Iranian Puppets" come into power and that there will be another unified Arab Empire on the rise.
This will be far from the outcome. The people being groomed to run the future Iran, should the West intervene, will be anathema/bane of Arab civilization. We harbor memories of Al-Qādisiyyah as if it were yesterday. This iteration of Iran will be an energy, financial, military and economic power. With the diaspora's patriotic support, FDI, technology transfers and Western favoritism - the KSA and UAE will be tossed aside like yesterday's newspaper. And when you're irrelevant, then you shall see how barbaric Persians really are.
There is a market principle called peaks and troughs - and what is highly valued today, might plummet tomorrow and I believe this translates with countries too, inclusive of the US herself. So while the KSA/UAE/Jordan are riding high today, and Iran is plummeting - this will reverse course. As it has six times through her history.
Saif/Watan, I think you said it yourself best in one of your older threads; "let the mullah's stay, the Western Iranians are the real threat". I couldn't agree with you more on this note.
I apologize to the forum members for my long post. This will be my first and final post as I just wanted to present to you a unique perspective you've never thought through in your Iran destruction fantasies and an outcome which my peers and I will strive to further advance.

Well. nothing harmed Islam like your Wahhabi ( Hanbali) Nomadic understanding that painted our religion with blood from Indonesia to Morocco"Wahhabis" (Hanbali) in comparison might be theological conservative and strict but they have not corrupted Islam as your Twelver's have done and in particular the Wilayat al-Faqih regime.

Taliban control at least half of Afghanistan, have been fighting over 15 years, and havent fired cruise missile...so controlling a country doesnt necessarily = having military technology. It makes it easier though.
Yeah when???
