World Bank has appreciated Pakistan's economic performance and advised it to stay the course for even better results.

In a letter written to Finance Minister Ishaq Day, Vice President World Bank South Asia Region, Philippe Le Hourou said he is happy to note that Pakistan's leadership has taken courageous steps to tackle all the difficult issues facing the nation.

He said the Bank owes this success to the strong leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.

Philippe Le Hourou assured the World Bank would continue to stay engaged in Pakistan's sustainable development.

World bank to PML-N "Keep up the lies".

.
Only if PML(N) will show some guts and go for some serious structural reforms, widening tax net collection, and abolishing feudalism and more efficient distribution of land for better production...

But then again, it is false hopes to expect a party like PML(N) to do above things. They themselves are the part of family-mafia looting this nation since last 50 years.
