KARACHI: One of the best construction and property solutions companies in the world, Emaar has officially launched Coral Towers at its Crescent Bay project in Karachi.
The launch was a huge success where people thronged to book their apartments at Crescent Bay Karachi. Emaar Pakistan has paced the development of its Crescent Bay project on Karachi’s sea front where construction is currently taking place for Coral Towers.
Construction of the Crescent Bay project accommodating housing, hotel, shopping malls, offices and recreation is in the pipeline and will set the definition of luxury living on the already completed three man-made crescent shaped bays. Emaar has quickly established the legacy of quality construction at par with international standards in Pakistan. Earlier last month, Emaar launched its La Paraiso apartment project in Islamabad where the crowd showed exceptional enthusiasm for the project and major bookings took place on the spot.
Speaking of the progress on Crescent Bay project CEO EGKL Faran Umar said, “Emaar is dedicated to redefining the luxury living in Karachi by introducing its newest lifestyle wonder – Coral Towers, at Crescent Bay. It is being strategically designed to be a place where you can have the peace of mind you truly deserve. Taking the construction benchmark to new heights in Karachi, Crescent Bay will offer the best of live, work, play and shop.”
Having achieved the feat of making the tallest man made structure in the world Burj Khalifa, Emaar has a reputation of providing solutions that incorporate state of the art construction, with no compromises on quality and embodying luxury that is fit for kings. Emaar has ventured into the progress and development of Pakistan market and is keen to make its presence felt with a tribute to Karachi, in the form of Crescent Bay. Comprising of three man-made bays right next to the ocean, Crescent Bay is the dream come true for every urbanite seeking to settle down in a posh coastal location. A safe and exclusive, closed gated community with state of the art amenities and highest standards of luxury, all under the safety and protection of a three-layered, 24/7 security system, Crescent Bay will also be the crown jewel to the upcoming Karachi skyline.

Karachi real estate is booming .. recent launches of Bahria town and Emaar's crescent bay have been very very successful. Just a little bit of security and sky is the limit for this city

Cool - only thing Karachi lacks is Law & Order situation.

They will barrier the thing right after salt and pepper restaurant. The other side will be blocked off engulfing the old apartments which just got a new mall and largest cinema screen in Pakistan (I think). Poor people can continue to kill and rob each other.

Its a nice project however its sad that such a nice beach place , where we could have tourist sun bathing under the sun , we have to residential plots

Do only the rich deserve to enjoy the sea view now

Great another project to satisfy the money sucking elite of Pakistan :)

Great another project to satisfy the money sucking elite of Pakistan :)

better to give these "money sucking elite" a local place to spend money

Otherwise they can easily take their dollars to Dubai or Doha.

Be sensible yaar. Be sensible.

I am not against sky scrapper projects but , do they have to be on the only small "coast line" that people may want to go to picnic at ?

I mean why not Take "Liyari' tear it down ... and rebuild a new coast line there ?

However at same time must respect the people who brought investment to Pakistan , just the appartments are super expensive
