It is a Pakistani forum that caters mostly to Pakistanis but has an international aspect to it.

I am presenting a very practical solution if the management wants less trolling and serious discussion about reforms in the country.

This is not a question of being fair or unfair. This is about using this board to get Pakistanis to talk about reforms. Having Indians engaging in our domestic issues greatly hampers that.

Then tell me what is accomplished by Pakistanis talking about India's domestic issues and rape threads?

In a voluntary membership platform you have limited actions available to address everything.
Moderation is also mostly voluntary, and in that you have to choose the “best case” scenario.
I get less than 20-30 minutes available every other day to be here.. life takes over. Which is why the dilemma is trying to find younger or more available people who are then also:
Unbiased, present, robots etc

Cant afford content moderation like Facebook or twitter and since some of them moved to India we’ve seen the “neutrality” there

You could designate for the mod team certain forum-specific go-to members who are largely responsible and mature and respected, of certain nationalities, and time-zones, and who are found there often. As third umpires/DRS.

That might compensate for your point about it not being possible for mods to be present everywhere all the time.

Ideally a mod should understand the context of a discussion and what has gone on just before, or the issue-specific posting history of the members in question, rather than just take a single reported post, and then adjudicate.

The nationality-specific panel could come in useful to refer back to and get a grip quickly (and reliably) on what went down.

Such members need not be known to the lay public. A For Mods Only resource ....

China-Turkey fights are the best in PDF. I had a lot of fun watching a few as a spectator. Since they are treated like elites here, they get away with a lot for which we would be banned.

If you want to speak about Turkey, or start a thread involving Turkey, do it in the Middle East & Africa forum and not in the Turkish Defence forum. That helps.

I have never seen the Turks trolling Chinese forums without provocation against our national values. In general, China is a state that we respect , but this does not change the fact that there is a serious Chinese troll team in the PDF.

Many forum titles in Turkey and ME section were taken out of aim by humiliation and insults of trolls and made it unsustainable. They sabotaged many forum topics. Thank God, these initiatives have been reduced with some measures recently taken by PDF moderation.

Let us just let the management decide, as and when they wish, about how to run their forum. It is their prerogative, not the members, who only have the choice to participate or not, secondary to the authority of the management.

That is the key: it is allowed by management. Nothing else matters. And management can change that situation in any manner they wish, at any time.

Well if you go through the posts, most of the Pakistani members are not asking "why others post here?", but why anti-Pakistani or anti-Muslim hate posts are allowed here?. More so by Indians or some other adversaries.

Now wouldn't you say, it is a valid question?
