This isn’t about the religious flamebait which is an agreed upon issue that is not to be tolerated(and isn’t) against any religion.. that has to do with an overwhelming increase in such attacks due to the same incoming from the Internet bhakt brigade.
As mentioned before, there is a tit for tat response to hatred.


You see Austerlitz as the cause, I see the influx of Indian radicals in the forum as the cause for the angst Austerlitz faced.

You can complain on the “moderation standards” which I see as a lack of 24/7 personell..

It's the internet. People are going to say what they want to say regardless. Pakistani burger gen should troll back instead of crying like whimpering dogs.

I've told the mods many times.

I once even started a thread about nonsensical banning of old members like me and @lastofthepatriots ....

Oscar had closed that with some politically correct vague statement that said frankly nothing.

The problem statement:

1) Not enough good mods

2) Immature mods

3) Unfair mods

4) Unfair application of rules

5) No platform for post ban conversation unless you are lucky to have a one on one rapport with a mod/s

6) One God is more loved than other Gods

7) Lack/slowness of response to reported posts

8) No explanation given why a report is ignored or not acted upon

9) Extra-Pakistan mods with personal fiefdoms

10) Nasty frustrated little people

In a voluntary membership platform you have limited actions available to address everything.
Moderation is also mostly voluntary, and in that you have to choose the “best case” scenario.
I get less than 20-30 minutes available every other day to be here.. life takes over. Which is why the dilemma is trying to find younger or more available people who are then also:
Unbiased, present, robots etc

Cant afford content moderation like Facebook or twitter and since some of them moved to India we’ve seen the “neutrality” there

I repeat my question, what kind of a medical doctor has so much free time during the working days to spend so many hours EVERY day for trolling on an online forum ?

But, may be it is lack of understanding on my part of Indian education system and medical practices.
In a Western hospital or clinic that kind of a doctor would have a very short licensing life.

If Indian version of "neutrality" were to be enforced on this forum, only very few Indians would be able to troll here.

You should ask the whiners, if they would rather have Indian version of "neutrality" applied on this forum and lets see what they have to say,

in came an outraged Iranian to aide the 2 or three indians

He reports me

That is pure victim whining by you. You do realize that the Indian WAS given a warning first and THEN you for taking part in derailing a thread.

If you ENGAGE in a flame or troll, there is NO difference between participation

The whole purpose of this exercise was to see what solution would be acceptable to help reduce the fish market situation developing due to increased angst among members.

Rather than a storm in a teacup situation the focus was to try and see where improvements could be done objectively rather than subjectively(biased moderation is simply too vague a statement especially with inadequate resources)

However, the final exhange I had with a new member only reinforced my contention of where the problem lies.

The new Indian members are no longer coming to discuss but just attack and spread hatred. They have some counterparts in Pakistani members but since this is a Pakistani forum the members from Pakistan have multiple motivation whereas most new grains from India have the need to rebuke or troll only.
This leads to greater venom and less tolerance from even older well known Pakistani members here which is where moderation is left restricted in trying to maintain decorum and unbiased service while trying to keep many of these members onboard.
That in turn is driving the good and general representatives of India away.

The approval process for new members needs to be stricter and(diplomatic relationship dependant) a little biased.


To reiterate
I wholly DESPISE the ELITE and SENIOR titles which are based solely off posting more and no other merit ; so to me those do not represent “older” or “respected” members.. that comes from acknowledgement or camaraderie.
I believe the TT and TTA system needs to be more democratic and based off positive ratings and an overview of those ratings.(positive rating for a semi nude photo of a model isn’t qualified)

He replied by talking in expletives and obscenities about my mother (who has been dead for some 60 years) I reported, got ignored again.

Then a day or 2 later, @Nilgiri tagged me to comment on something. I told him why I did not want to participate much, then @war&peace read that and intervened on my behalf, then, on or around the fourth day after my initial report, mods deleted the posts but not before finding me equally as guilty as azadkashmir

"Let it go!" would be good advice here, if anyone is inclined to take it. Nonconformity of thought is frowned upon and actively rooted out by policy but management has the right to run their forum as they see fit. Chill out!

Really, radicals elected in india transformed a normal poster like Austerlitz into posting what he did and those radicals caused the other members in the altercation into trolls who erstwhile were quality posters. Look at the quality of the posts of the Pakistani members who baited Austerlitz, did they transform into trolls because of Modi now?

Again, I am pointing out moderation standards have gone down the drain, if you intentionally choose not to see it, then my vote for this thread would be to reinforce what seems like your predisposition is; to ban all Indian members.
